Do you have corporate information, news releases etc? An insert into our Delegate Pack is a very effective way of communicating your most recent developments and at the same time allows you to reach a wide-ranging and captive audience.

Exhibition Stand

Would you like to raise the visability of your company/products be able to network before, during and after a conference? Haveing a stand at a Waterfront event gives you the opportunity to make direct contact with delegates.

Logo Placement

Prize Draw
This will allow you to present a gift of your choice to a delegate, selected from our evaluation forms. The presentation occurs at the end of the conference, where a representative from your company can personally present the gift to the winner.

Sponsored Dinner
Host a conference dinner the night before an event. This will enable you to invite key people of your choice, to address the dinner and have branded menus.
A dinner can greatly enhance networking opportunities and build relationships with both current clients and potential customers. Waterfront will make the arrangements and send the invitations so all you have to do is enjoy the dinner!

Conference Lunch
Exclusively sponsor the conference lunch and have your branded logo on the menu and the chairman can ensure that all delegates are aware of your sponsorship. The lunch will also provide the perfect opportunity for your staff members to mingle, make contact and build relationships with potential clients.

Drinks Reception
Following the conference, why not let the Waterfront Conference Company create an informal and relaxed setting for you to network with key potential contacts. A drinks reception provides a forum for discussion and networking. This will be a reception where all delegates and speakers are invited to join you and you team to discuss the day and establish new business leads.

Conference Transcript
Create a lasting impression on the delegates by sponsoring the conference transcript, including logo, company information on the CD and an accompanying letter. Each delegate will receive a copy of the CD within three weeks of the conference. This is often used as a reference point for the whole department, therefore by incorporating your logo and company information onto the CD your captive audience is boundless.

Personalised Confectionary
A gift box of luxury fudge / chocolate, with your companies logo printed on the box, will be presented to each delegate at the conference.

Contact Generation
Will give you the opportunity, to maximise the contact generation from the event that you have sponsored by providing a glass 'bowl' which will be used to collect business cards from delegates on the day of the conference. This will allow you to build up a list of conacts from the day who are interested in receiving further information about your company.

Speaking Slot
Are Conferences something you would like your company to become involved in; do you feel that a twenty minute speaking slot would demonstrate your organisations knowledge of the conference topic?
Please note that this option is subject to availability dependent on the programme.
