I agree to the following
terms and conditions relating to
the conference booking I am about to make.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All delegate places
must be paid for, by the date of the relevant
conference.
PAY TODAY:
To qualify for the discounted rate, payment
(by either credit card, cheque or BACS transfer)
must be received at the same time as the
booking.
INVOICE ME:
This rate enables you to be invoiced by
Waterfront for the conference you wish to
attend. The additional time provided allows
for the invoice to be paid, at any time,
from the date the booking was made up until
the date of the event.
Please note, invoices that remain outstanding
at the date of the conference may incur
a late payment fee of £75.
CANCELLATIONS AND
SUBSTITUTIONS:
If for any reason you are unable to attend
the event you have booked, cancellations
received in writing (email, letter or fax)
two weeks before the date of the event will
be entitled to a refund less a £50
administration charge.
There will be no refunds for cancellations
received 14 days prior to the event, regardless
of the reason and any outstanding invoices
must still be paid in full. Substitutions
can be made at any time at no extra cost.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
AND MEMBERSHIP NUMBERS:
Where a specific promotional code has been
provided or a membership number is required,
it is up to the individual to provide these
details in the comments box on the form
at the time of the booking.
Retrospective
discounts will not be given once payment
has been received or invoice issued, for
failure to provide details at the time of
the booking.
DATA PROTECTION ACT:
The data you provide will be held on a database
in accordance with the Data Protection Act
(1998). Occasionally your details may be
passed to sponsors and or endorsers who
have supported Waterfront events at which
you attended, and who wish to contact you
for related purposes.
If you do not wish your information to be
passed on, please write to the Database
