Conference Management
The Waterfront Conference Company's team of conference industry professionals will bring proven expertise to the management of your events.
Advantages of running an event
• set your own agenda
• target a high level and captive audience
• inform and influence others
• create a forum for discussion
• launch or promote a new policy document
• celebrate landmark events and occasions
You can set the theme and objectives of your event and leave the design of the programme, selection of venue and speakers, administration and marketing to us. Alternatively you may prefer to choose elements from Waterfront's menu of services. Conference management is undertaken on either a risk and reward basis or in return for a fee, fixed before the event, according to client's precise requirements. Profit-sharing schemes can also be implemented.
Conferences can be self-financing, with the entire cost met from delegate fees. Alternatively clients may wish to keep delegate fees low by subsidising or seeking sponsorship. Whatever your requirements, Waterfront will advise on and design the right budget for you.
The Waterfront team is experienced at working with non-profit making organisations and is conscious of the need to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum.
