CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

If for any reason you are unable to attend the event you have booked, cancellations received in writing (email, letter or fax) two weeks before the date of the event will be entitled to a refund less 10% of the invoice total for administration charges.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received 14 days prior to the event, regardless of the reason and any outstanding invoices must still be paid in full. Substitutions can be made at any time at no extra cost.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

The data you provide will be held on a database in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). Your details may be passed to other companies who wish to contact you for marketing and communication purposes. Waterfront Conference Company has a comprehensive set of conference transcripts for all events held until June 2007. These include a comprehensive transcript of all speeches and Q&A discussions plus speakers slides. These are also available for purchase.
